Privacy
Grazing BMP retains the confidentiality of individual data records generated by
the grazier using the program. The Grazing BMP Program will not disclose an individual
grazier’s name or details or benchmark status to any third party, unless requested
to do so by the grazier
Each grazier is assigned a confidential username and password. Only the grazier
can authorize any other person to use this username and password on behalf of their
grazing enterprise. Only aggregated data will be used to compare benchmark performance
and conduct industry advocacy. Public level reports and validated industry aggregated
data reports will only be accessible by registered licensees as permitted within
the Data Access and License Agreement. Only the User Administrator, Grazing BMP
Site Administrator and Database Administrator will have access to the Administration
Directory where personal information will be handled in accordance with National
Privacy Principles
Terms of Use
Conditions of use have been read and understood about the use of data.
Grazing BMP makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or reliability
of information obtained or data generated or stored by the website and exclude all
conditions and warranties, whether implied at law, by course of dealing or otherwise;
Where reference is made to another source, it is not to be taken as an endorsement
of the information in that source.
Grazing BMP, associated licensees and suppliers are not liable to the grazier or
any third party for any damages, losses, costs or expenses, including direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or lost profits, arising
from any access to or use of the BMPGrazing website.
The grazier grants the Grazing BMP Reports Administrator a perpetual, irrevocable,
non-exclusive royalty free licence to use, reproduce and disclose data provided
or generated by the grazier, provided that the data is de-identified before aggregation
and disclosure of data. Some of the information supplied may be used in aggregated
form as part of a statistical sample (e.g. averages for industry benchmarking) but
will never be used in the format supplied or be made identifiable to any internal
or external party.
Grazing BMP does not guarantee access to or use of the Website will be uninterrupted
or error-free. Your access to the Website or BMP Grazing System may be suspended
or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs or maintenance

seek their own professional advice and be familiar with legal obligations.

Introduction
This agreement defines the way in which the Grazing BMP Website (a reference to
which includes the Grazing BMP System) may be accessed and maintained by its users,
according to different levels of access and license rights.
The Website is a collection of related web pages, server side code, text, images,
video and other digital assets and content hosted under the domain www.bmpgrazing.com.au.
The Grazing BMP System is a collection of hardware, software and processes that
allow the dissemination of best practice information to appropriate entities as
well as the collection of grazing best practices from graziers.

End User License Agreement for Grazing BMP
- This agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you or the party
you represent and are authorised to bind (“Licensee” or “you”), and Grazing BMP
(“Grazing BMP” or “Licensor”).
- Please check the “I have read and agree to the license agreement” box at the bottom
of the log in page of the Website if you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
of this agreement.
- By checking the “I have read and agree to the license agreement” check box, you
acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read this agreement in full
- You understand this agreement
- You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this agreement
- You are authorised and have the capacity to enter into this agreement
- If acting on behalf of a third party (including a company), you are authorised to
enter into this agreement on the third party's behalf
- Your license to use the BMP Grazing System is only valid if a license has been granted
to you strictly in accordance with this agreement, and you continue to adhere to
the terms of this agreement
- Grazing BMP reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to
time. You will be notified in writing of any such changes 30 days prior to the agreement
changing, with notice being sent to the email address you provide in your registration
details. Notice of these changes will also be posted on the Website log in page
for the period 30 days prior to the change taking effect. When the terms of this
agreement are amended, you will be required to read and accept the new terms and
conditions before proceeding to use the Website and Grazing BMP System. If you do
not agree to the changes, you must not access the Grazing BMP System
